Yogurt Pie

A lite dessert that will satisfy any sweet tooth. With just three ingredients its dessert in a snap.

1 tub cool whip (lite, 1/2 fat, regular, your choice)

2 containers yogurt (Greek, whipped, again your choice)

fresh or frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, peaches, bananas)

graham cracker crumbs (or 1 9' graham cracker pie crust)

1.  Thaw cool whip topping place in large mixing bowl along with yogurts and fresh fruit.

2.  Blend all ingredients together.

3.  Spoon entire mixture into graham cracker pie crust (if using)

4.  OR/ place a tsp. graham cracker crumbs into a small ramekin.

5.  Spoon yogurt mixture over the top.

6.  Garnish with fresh fruit if desired (ie.fresh peaches if using peach yogurt)

7.  Freeze for about 2-3 hours.

8.  Remove from freezer 1/2 hour before service.

9.  Enjoy!
