1 cup plain yogurt

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 tablespoon garlic salt

1/2 tablespoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon pepper (optional)

1.  Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2.  Place chicken pieces in a 9×13 casserole dish, that has been sprayed with cooking oil.

3.  In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, oil, garlic salt, and pepper (optional).

4.  Evenly pour mixture over chicken pieces.

5.  Use a basting brush to get an even coat, if desired.

6.  Place dish in the oven and bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until juices run clear.

7.  Let chicken sit at least 5 minutes before serving.
