Yogurt Apple Cake

We are apple lovers. Now, I make Apple Cake with Yogurt. Taste of apple and yogurt are so nice. Fresh from oven my kids want I cut for them. Lovee Apple.

4 eggs.

2 yolks.

125 grs sugar.

1 pack baking powder (4 tsp).

1/2 tsp vanilla.

250 ml yogurt.

200 grs flour.

pinch A of salt.

120 grs butter.

150 grs maizena.

1 tbsp lemon peel grated.

2 pcs apple, peeled and sliced.

1.  Separate egg whites and yolks.

2.  Diced butter, whisk with sugar and vanilla until white and soft.

3.  Add yolks and whisk until fluffy and thicky.

4.  Pour yogurt and grated lemon peel, mix until blended.

5.  Whisk egg whites, salt, add a little sugar until stiff.

6.  Add the beaten egg whites into the egg yolks batter, mix until blended.

7.  Add flour, maizena, baking powder and mix until blende.

8.  Add slices of apple into the dough.

9.  Preheast oven 180°C.

10.  Pour dough into baking pan has been covered with baking paper. Cook until mature.
