This mouth-watering recipe was created by my friend Sally. It’s perfect for taking along as a host gift to a Christmas party, or just make up several batches and give them as homemade foodie gifts. Enjoy!

22 5g Halved White Marshmallows

195 g Sweetened Dried Cranberries

50 g Freeze-dried Strawberries

preparation

1.  Break white chocolate into pieces and put in TM bowl. Chop on speed 10 for 3-4 seconds.

2.  Scrape down the sides of the TM bowl and melt chocolate for 4 mins/50 degrees C/Speed 3.

3.  With the blade running on Speed 1/Reverse Blade Function (no heat), add the marshmallows and cranberries and half of the strawberries.

4.  Pour into 2 x 25cm Loaf tins lined with baking paper and top with the remaining strawberries – or – use a silicone mini-loaf tin to make eight small bars and drop the rest by heaping teaspoonfuls into rounds onto a silicone mat or a piece of baking paper to make “mendiants.”* Place in the fridge for 1 hour or until set.
