Easy ladoo recipe,using powdered sugar.

1 c Besan flour

1-1/2 c Powdered sugar

Elaichi/Cardamom powder

Cashewnuts (Kaju)

Almonds (Badam)

1.  Heat sajuk tup/pure ghee about 4 tspn in a pan,add the besan flour.

2.  Cook the besan flour till it is brown in color on low flame. Keep stirring continuously.

3.  Remove the besan flour into a broad vessel.

4.  Again add about 4 tspn of sajuk tup/pure ghee,add the wheat flour.

5.  Cook the wheat flour till it is golden brown in color on low flame. Keep stirring continuously.

6.  Remove the wheat flour in the broad vessel,add the cardamom/elaichi powder powdered sugar and cut pieces of the dry fruits.

7.  Mix them all together and shape by taking portion of the mixture into a ladoo.

8.  Store them in an air-tight container.
