This is a quick easy vegan breakfast that will satisfy anyone… the best part- It’s made in the microwave!

1/2 cup Brown Rice Flour

2 tbsp Applesauce (Unsweetened)

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

1/2 Banana

4oz diced peaches with juice

2 tbsp Coconut Milk

1.  Mash all ingredients together in a bowl. Don’t drain the peaches, the juice needs to be added as well. I mash-up the banana but leave the diced peaches alone. The mixture should be pretty wet. If it looks to dry to you, add a tiny but more coconut milk. Scoop the mixture into a microwave safe mug and microwave for 2 minutes. Done!
