A great "healthy" breakfast and your daily dose of chocolate all in one muffin! Adapted from 30-day Vegan Challenge.

2 cups whole-wheat pastry flour or unbleached all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup organic cane sugar - feel free to reduce the sugar a little
1/2 cup canola oil
4 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup water
1 cup dark chocolate chips - feel free to use walnuts instead of the chocolate chips....but really, why would you?
