preparation

1.  First cook Finely Chopped Cabbage and keep aside.

2.  Then heat Oil in a pan and add Green Chilli to it.

3.  Now add Chopped Onions to the Pan and fry till they become transparent.

4.  Add Chopped Bell Peppers to the pan and fry till they become soft.

5.  Now add the Cooked Cabbage and Potatoes to it and mix everything well.

6.  Add Salt, Garam Masala, Red Chilli Powder, and Chaat Masala to it. Mix it well.

7.  Finally our Stuffing for our Veg Puff is ready.

8.  Now to make the Veg Puffs follow the below procedure.

9.  A) First Thaw the Pastry Puff Sheet and cut it into 3 equal parts vertically.

10.  B) Then again cut them into equal squares.

11.  C) Now put a Tablespoon full of the Vegetable Curry on each part.

12.  D) Finally fold it and seal the edges and place them on a Baking Tray.

13.  Place the Baking Tray in a Pre-heated Oven and Bake the Puffs at 400 degrees for about 10-15min.

14.  Finally Tasty Veg Puffs are Ready to Serve.

15.  Serve them with Tomato Sauce.
