1 lb fresh ground turkey

1 can (12 ounces) whole kernel corn

1 large potato, peeled and diced

1 can (16 ounces) tomatoes

1 1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

2 tsp sugar

3 cups boiling water

2/3 cup canned evaporated milk

preparation

1.  In a large kettle saute onion in oil.

2.  Add turkey, cook and stir until it turns light brown.

3.  Add remaining ingredients and stir well, except milk.

4.  Cover and bring just to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes..

5.  Just before serving, remove rom heat and slowly stir in milk.
