Incredible tuna burgers with herbs

1 Onion

4 Green Onions

1 clove Garlic

400 grams Tuna, Drained

200 grams Smoked Tuna, Drained

5 tablespoons Chopped Dill

5 tablespoons Chopped Parsley

2 Egg Whites


Olive Oil


2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

1 teaspoon Honey

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

1/2 teaspoons Mustard

1 teaspoon Water

1.  Prepare the glaze

2.  In a bowl add honey and lemon juice. Whisk until creamy enough. Gradually add olive oil. Add water and mustard gently whisking. Place on the fridge.

3.  Tuna burgers

4.  Blend red and green onions with garlic. Try to squeeze the paste with your hand as much as possible or just remove excess water. Add in a bowl.

5.  In the same bowl add tuna, parsley, dill, egg whites and pepper.

6.  Use your hands to mix all together.

7.  Wrap in plastic and place in the fridge for an hour.

8.  Mold burgers with your hands and place in an oven tray. Drizzle a bit of olive oil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. If they are not golden brown after 20 minutes heat a frying pan and sauté your burgers without fat just to gain the color we want.

9.  Serve with honey-lemon glaze on top.
