8.8 oz Tortellini with Cheese Filling

4 oz Mushroom

8 oz Tomato Sauce

1 Onion chopped

3 cloves Garlic chopped

8 oz Canned Black Beans

2 Dry Red chilli

1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

1/2 tsp Black pepper powder

Salt to taste

1/2 tsp Cayenne Powder

1 tbsp All purpose flour

1/2 cup Milk

2 tbsp Cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan Reggiano

Parsley for garnish

preparation

1.  Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. I have used tortellini with cheese filling.

2.  Heat oil in pan. add the mushroom and saute them once the mushrooms are half way cooked add onions and saute till thy become light in color.

3.  Now add the garlic cloves and dry red chilies and saute for another one minute.

4.  Add the black beans , tomato sauce, pepper powder, cayenne powder and cook them for 2 to 3 minutes.

5.  In bowl add all purpose flour , cream and milk and mix well. add this to the sauce prepared above, stiring well continuously . Add water for the desired consistency.

6.  Now add the cooked tortellini, Parmesan cheese and mix well.

7.  Tortellini With Homemade Creamy Tomato Sauce is now ready. garnish it with parsley leaves. serve hot and enjoy.
