preparation

1.  Scoop pulp and juice from tomatoes and arrange them in a baking pan.

2.  Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Saute onion in butter until golden. Stir in corn, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.

3.  Spoon mixture into tomatoes. Bake 15-20 minutes
