Tomato Soup

Healthy soup. Simple ingredients and simple cook. Eat tomato soup when summer, so perfect. Sour, good taste for lunch when summer. I love tomato soup.

2 tomatoes, sliced thin.

1/2 medium onion, roughly chopped.

3 green chayenne peppers.

Salt and ground turmeric as needed.

1 carrots, slice.

Celery as needed, roughly chopped.

2 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped.

Oil for sauteing.

Water as needed.

1.  Put sliced tomato, carrot, onion, salt and turmeric powder into sauce pan.

2.  Cook until tomato liquid as sauce while always stirred occasionally with whisk hand.

3.  Pulsed with food processor as sauce.

4.  Add water and boil until boiling and thickened.

5.  Fry garlic until golden brown, pour into tomato soup.

6.  Turn off the heat, and sprinkle with celery. Ready to be served.
