preparation

1.  1.Preheat oven to 180 degree.

2.  Cut the pastry into rounds with a pastry cutter and push them into the patty tin.

3.  3.Cut the fish meat into small cubes, and mushroom into, lime leaves,lemongrass little slices.

4.  4.Heat a saucepan, cook the(Lemongrass turmeric, garlic, lime leaves), add curry paste, and stirring until fragrant. Add water if necessary.

5.  5.Add coconut cream bring it to boil. Add the fish, cook it until fish nearly cook through, then add mushroom, add fish sauce and seasoning.

6.  6.Pour the cook fish curry into the pastry and bake until it turns to golden colour.
