preparation

1.  Preheat the oven to 350

2.  Grab a handful of strawberries and mash with a potato masher (or puree)

3.  Mix: flour, salt, baking powder in a bowl and then set aside

4.  Mix: margarine and butter, then add in remaining ingredients, mix until combined

5.  Combine the two mixtures and scoop the batter in to pan

6.  Bake for 20-24 minutes
