preparation

1.  Heat oven to 400 degrees F. press sweet potatoes through food mill.

2.  Add 1/4 cup butter, cream, nutmeg, salt, and sugar. Beat until fluffy.

3.  Turn into 1 quart casserole. Drizzle with 1 tbsp melted butter.

4.  Sprinkle with orange grind.

5.  Bake 30 minutes.
