2/3 cups bread crumbs

1 can condensed consomme

4 tsp minced onion

2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

vegetable oil for frying

1 tbsp flour

1 cup heavy cream

2 tbsp chopped parsley

1.  Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, consomme, onion, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

2.  Mix with hands and let it stand for 1/2 hour.

3.  Shape into small balls and fry in a skillet until evenly browned. Shake pan during frying to keep balls round.

4.  Remove meatballs. Blend flour into pan drippings and stir in cream.

5.  Bring to boiling and simmer for 5 minutes.

6.  Pour over meatballs and sprinkle with parsley.
