Easy and healthy cake for all the familly with strawberry pure and almonds.

2 1/4 cup flour (all purpose)

1/3 cup of olive oil or sunflower oil

180g strawberries pureed

1 teaspoon baking powder

3/4 cup white almond powder

170g caster sugar

12 cm form oblong X 21 approximately

1.  Mix all the ingredients together with a spoon.

2.  Put mixture in a relatively small oblong form well greased and floured.

3.  Bake in preheated oven at 180° C for 10-15 minutes and then turn down at 170° and cook for another 45-50 minutes.(Depends on the size of the form and how strong oven we have)

4.  Serve as it is or with ice cream .
