Stir Fried Turnip Leaves

Turnip leaves is good to cook with stir frying. We always cook like that or mix with some soup. Some time we mix with soup of meatballs besides of sprout. Now, I stir fried turnip with slicing of carrot, tofu. Yummy for my lunch.

bunch A of turnip, cleaned and cut.

1/2 medium size onion, roughly chopped.

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.

6 green cayenne peppers.

1 tomato, roughly chopped

1 carrot, sliced thinly.

2 - 3 fried tofu, sliced thinly.

2 tbsp - 3 oil for sauteing.

pinch A of salt.

pinch A of ground black pepper.

preparation

1.  Preheat oil, stir fry onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, salt and ground pepper until fragrant.

2.  Add turnip and carrot, stir fry until half wilted.

3.  Add tofu and tomato, stir evenly and cook for 10 minutes.

4.  Transfer to serving plate and ready to be served.
