Sticky S’more Popcorn Balls

This little gem is a product of my obsession with Carla Hall on The Chew and a love of sweet and sticky movie treats. My boyfriend and I are big chocolate lovers, so I'm always looking for something new to make us when we have our weekly movie night. No need to choose between candy or popcorn anymore...have the best of both worlds!

6 cups popped popcorn {I used a little over 1/2 cup of kernels and it was the perfect amount}

1 bag 10.5-oz mini marshmallows

3-4 tbsp light butter

2 cups Golden Grahams cereal

1 packet 3.9-oz of instant chocolate pudding

1.  Pop six cups of popcorn. To do this, I used a little over 1/2 a cup of Trader Joe's organic kernels, 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil, and a dash of sea salt. Heat slowly over medium heat until first kernel pops. Cover quickly and move the pot back and forth over the heat until popping ceases. Pour popcorn in a bowl and set aside.

2.  In a large pot, melt butter and add bag of mini marshmallows. Slowly heat on low and stir until marshmallows are melted and smooth.

3.  Add packet of chocolate pudding mix. Stir until completely incorporated.

4.  Add popcorn and graham cracker cereal to the pot, and slowly stir to incorporate. Be careful not to crush the popcorn too much!

5.  Spray a little cooking spray on your hands, and form the balls. Put them in fridge for 20-30 minutes to cool.

6.  Serve and enjoy!
