1.   1. Heat up 1 tbsp. of olive oil in a large skillet placed over a medium heat.

2.  2. Throw in the onions and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes.

3.  3. Place the onion and garlic on a plate.

4.  4. Add a tablespoon of olive oil in medium heat.

5.  5. Place the beef to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes then set aside.

6.  6. Add the peppers and shallots, and cook until the peppers start to soften for about 5 minutes.

7.  7. Take the cooked onions and beef back into the pan and cook until everything is warm.
