5 packages frozen, chopped spinach

1/4 cup butter

1 large onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cream

1 cup milk

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

1 tsp marjoram

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

preparation

1.  Thaw the spinach and lightly squeeze out excess liquid.

2.  Melt the butter in a large pot, dump in the onion and garlic, let it jump around and sputter until soft and then dump in all the other ingredients except for a 1/4 cup of parmesan

3.  Moosh everything around, then plop into a greased casserole and sprinkle top with the reserved cheese.

4.  Shove into a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
