Spicy Sorta Pesto/ Sorta Salsa

This is just something I threw together when I bought too many veggies. It's super easy, but incredibly spicy. Dial back the heat if you are not a spicy food person. Dial it back a lot!

24 cherry tomato (I was lucky to find crimean rose)

2 red marconi peppers, roasted and peel the black off

2 mini green bell peppers

2 mini red bell peppers

2 mini orange bell peppers

1 jalapeno pepper

1 red banana pepper

1 yellow banana pepper

1 orange banana pepper

1 cayenne pepper

1 red onion

1/2 white onion

4 clove garlic

2 tablespoons onion flakes

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 leaves basil

1.  Roast your Marconi's, let cool and peel.

2.  Remove all the tops and seeds from your peppers.

3.  Get you garlic peeled and ready to go.

4.  Peel the edge of your onions.

5.  Now just toss the whole thing is a food processor and pulse until you get it the consistency you want.

6.  Serve with an evil smile. If you're a nice person you will warn people, if you're not you'll do like me and laugh uncontrollably when their eyes bug out of their heads. Enjoy!

Cooks' note:
Again this is super spicy so pull back on the heat a bit if you are not a spice lover. This is great on baguettes and also on chips.
