2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 jalapeno, minced

1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/3 tsp paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1.   In a small bowl mix tall the ingredients together except the steak.

2.  Pour the mixture over the steaks and coat well.

3.  Marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

4.  Preheat the grill to medium high.

5.  Grill the steaks for medium-rare, 4 to 5 minutes on each side.

6.  Transfer the steaks to a cutting board and slice across the grain.

7.  Serve with french fries.
