If you are not in a mood to cook anything and feeling really tired and hungry...You just want to find some Eggs in the fridge and the problem is over.I dont know about you,this is how I feel always...Eggs are such a versatile ingrediants ever...You could do anything with egg in just minutes..This is one of the dish which you want to eat right off the pan...Just a Egg scramble but I boozed it up with lots of veggies and spice powders...The cool thing about scrambled eggs is you can make it into the consistency you like,either you could make it gooey or dry that suite the dish that you are going to serve it with..This can be served as it is with any plain rice and rasam or with roti and even bread...
