1 cup French dressing

1 pound peas

1 small white onion

2 hard-cooked eggs

1/4 pound cooked ham,in one piece

2 tbsp Mayonnaise

1.  Cook the potatoes in their jackets in boiling salted water until tender, about 25 minutes.

2.  Drain and when cool enough to handle, remove the skins.

3.  Cut into small neat dice, marinate in a little French dressing, and let stand until cool.

4.  Meanwhile cook the peas until tender, 10 minutes or so, drain and cool.

5.  Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the hard cooked eggs into small cubes.

6.  Cube the ham and blend with mayonnaise.

7.  The salad be chilled or not, as you wish. Serves 4 as a main course.
