If I cook a homemade meal these days, it has to be simple. This recipe is just that. It took about 30 minutes total to prepare and cook, and recipe is for approximately 4 servings.

1 package taco seasoning

1 can corn

1 can Rotel

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp brown sugar

preparation

1.  Melt butter in skillet, then brown beef on medium to high heat.

2.  When beef is finished, lower heat and add taco seasoning. Spread well.

3.  Mix in corn, Rotel, and brown sugar and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.

4.  Add cheese.

5.  Serve on buns or Texas toast.
