Smoked Tuna Pate

Tuna pate is super delicious and with crackers is an amazing appetizer. It goes well with green salads too. I personally use only a spoon to eat right out of the jar.

3 cans smoked tuna drained (480gr)

1 in onion cut small pieces

1 in carrot, peeled and cut small pieces

3 tablespoons melted butter

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons chopped dill

1.  Add the onion in a glass full with water and let it still for 10 minutes; drain.

2.  Add all of the ingredients in your blender and blend for 2 minutes. If the result is too thick add a bit of water.

3.  Add your pate in an airtight jar and place in the fridge.
