Delicious BBQ slow cooker pulled chicken. Made with all white meat and a delicious BBQ sauce. So simple & so fantastic.

4 boneless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 bottles of Professor Becker’s BBQ Sauce (mild)

1 small onion, sliced thin

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon dry mustard

salt & pepper

whole wheat rolls

1.  Add olive oil and onions in the slow cooker on high. Let cook for about 10 minutes. Salt & add chicken, 1 1/2 bottles of Professor Becker’s BBQ sauce, onion, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar & salt and pepper to the slow cooker and let cook for 2-3 hours on high. Turn slow cooker to low and cook for another 1-2 hours.

2.  Shred with two forks. Place shredded chicken on rolls and top off with extra BBQ sauce.
