preparation

1.  Heat the olive oil in the pan over medium heat

2.  Season the fish with salt and pepper on each size

3.  Saute the onions in the pan for a couple minutes, until they soften

4.  Push the onions to one side of the pan and put the fish in

5.  Add the chicken broth and tomatoes

6.  Simmer for 5 minutes

7.  Serve
