Serundeng is grated coconut stir fry with brown sugar, red dry chili paste, garlic and shredded meat. Serundeng as dressing dish for another food or snack such as lontong sayur or glutinous rice. So yummy.

1 cloves garlic, mashed until smooth.

1 tbsp of red dry chili paste.
