preparation

1.  Boil the eggs. Cook them no more than 4-5 minutes. Grind your beef.

2.  Add a raw egg into meat and mix well.

3.  Add salt and spices, mix well.

4.  Divide the meat into 6 equal parts.

5.  From every part of the meet make a round, a little less than an inch thick and wrap tightly around eggs.

6.  In a small saucepan or skillet, pour oil and heat the well on medium-high heat. Lower the eggs into the oil and fry until brown, turning frequently.

7.  Put cooked eggs on a paper to take extra oil out.

8.  Served cold and hot, best with vegetables.
