preparation

1.  1) Heat garlic with oil, add dried shrimps and fry til fragrant

2.  2) Add sambal and mix together

3.  3) Pour in Kangkong and mix well

4.  4) Add fish gravy and water and mix well

5.  5) Ready once all turns dark green
