preparation

1.  Wash and clean them well.

2.  Cut smal lattuce, celery, cucumber and tomato.

3.  Shredded carrot.

4.  Chopped rough onion and green chayenne.

5.  Diced mozzarella.

6.  Put into a bowl and mix.

7.  Pour olive oil, juice of lemon and salt and mix. Ready to be served.
