Rujak Cool

My country is tropical zone. So hot, and my city is equator city (Pontianak – West Kalimantan, Indonesia). Where fix 12 o’clock, the sun up of us. When temperature so hot, better we drink some sour, sweet and fresh with some vegetable or fruits with much water. Now, I made Rujak Cool. We call rujak because mix with some vegetable or fruits such as cucumber, pineapple, carrots, lemon juice. Enjoy your day with Rujak Cool.

1/2 cucumber, grated.

1 carrot, grated.

1/4 pineapple, grated.

3 tbsp lemon juice.

2 tbsp sugar.

pinch A of salt.

Water is required.

Ice cube as needed.

1.  Pour water, lemon juice, sugar and salt into jar. And stir until sugar and salt melt and mix with water properly.

2.  Add cucumber, carrot and pineapple, stir until combine evenly.

3.  Pour into glass and add ice cube (If you don’t want to add ice cube, better the rujak put in freeze until cold).

4.  Ready to be drunk. Sweet, sour and savory.
