Rose, Rose I love You Pudding

serves: 6-8

50 g strips agar agar

8 oz castor sugar

3 leaves pandan

1000 ml water

1 cup plain milk

75 g sago (wash, soak & drain)

1 egg white (beat until stiff)

red & green coloring (for rose and leaves)

1.  Cut agar agar strip, wash and soak for 10 mins.

2.  Bring water to boil with pandan leaves.

3.  Add agar agar strip and cook till dissolve

4.  Add sugar and bring to boil until sugar dissolve.

5.  Remove half cup of agar agar solution, divide into 2 parts. Add 1 part red and the other part green.

6.  Pour the red agar agar solution to the rose portion and green agar agar solution to the leaves portion. Leave aside to set.

7.  Add sago to the balance of the agar agar solution and cook until sago transparent.

8.  Remove from heat, add the plain milk and mix well. Stir in the stiff egg white and use a whisk to beat well.

9.  Pour the agar agar solution to the set roses & leaves slowly.

10.  Leave aside and chill well in the fridge.

11.  11.Remove from mold and serve chill. Enjoy with a glass of iced coffee.

12.  Note: You can omit step 5 & 6 , add your desire color and pour into dessert cup.

13.  Chill in fridge until set.
