1.Rice Pasta Grains -- 1Cup

2 Vegetable Stock -- 2Cups

3 Salt -- To Taste

4 Chopped Onions -- 1/2Cup

5 Carrots (Diced into small Cubes) -- 1/4Cup

6 Chopped Bell Peppers (Green, Red and Yellow) -- 1Cup

7 Pasta Sauce -- 4Tbsp

8 Olive Oil -- 2Tbsp

9 cloves Garlic -- 3

10 Spring Onions (Chopped) -- 1/4Cup

11 Spinach -- 1/4Cup

12 Cheese -- To Garnish

13 Thyme -- 1/2Tbsp

14 Tomato Paste -- 2Tbsp

preparation

1.  First heat Oil in a pan and add Chopped Garlic and Spring Onions to it.

2.  Then add Chopped Onions to the pan and fry till they become transparent.

3.  Now add Chopped Bell Peppers, Carrots and Salt. Cook till they become soft.

4.  Once they become soft, add Spinach Leaves to the pan and cook for 5min.

5.  Then add Vegetable Stock, Pasta Sauce, Tomato Paste, Thyme and Mix it well.

6.  Now add the Rice Pasta Grains and Let it cook on low flame.

7.  Add Grated Cheese and Mix it well.

8.  Finally tasty Rice Pasta is Ready to Serve.
