A gourmet salad made at home :). This is my favorite salad and who knew would be so easy to whip up this gourmet salad in a jiffy. A wholesome robust salad bursting of flavors and textures of berries and nuts and greens... A party in the mouth.

2 leaves Spring mix salad, hands full

8 slices Pears thin cut in halves

8 medium Strawberries cut in slices

1/4 cup Blueberries

1tbsp Cranberries(dried)

2 tbsp Goat cheese(crumbled)

2 tsp Nuts(chopped/sliced)

2 tbsp Balsamic vinegarette

2.  Chill in fridge for 1/2 an hr.

3.  Enjoy as a complete meal or a side.

Cooks' note:
You can use any fruit in it. Generally apples and pears work well with the greens.
Sometimes Red onions, thinly sliced add nice crispness and crunch to it.
You can use vinegarette, strawberry dressings from the market or of your own.
