1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

2 cups raspberries

preparation

1.  Combine your water and sugar in a saucepan and cook over medium to low heat until sugar dissolves. This is your simple syrup.

2.  Once syrup is prepared, add salt and berries and lemon juice.

3.  Now put them in a blender (NOT YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR) or use an immersion blender to mix it up.

4.  Strain mixture through a mesh strainer.

5.  Stick in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.

6.  Now transfer mixture into your ice cream maker and turn on. Mix for 15 to 20 minutes.

7.  You can either serve immediately, or put in freezer until ready to serve.

Cooks' note:
This one was a bit messy for me, but if you use the right tools it should go easy for you. The taste is remarkable. I would say this could be made with many combinations of fruit.
