Todays recipe is gonna be the southindian famous Rawa idlis..Idli is a a staple breakfast dish in south India..It is a steamed rice dumbling that is usually served with chutneys or sambar..You could defintely see this dish in any wedding over here...Making of idli need several procedure like soaking of rice and dals for hours and then grinding it up and letting it to ferment over night...But there is a easy idli dish that can be made with semolina.It hardly takes 15-20 min to make.Hope you all give this a try and let me know what you think...
