This is so simple to make and inexpensive. This one is done on your barbecue but could easily be done in the stove.

1 pieces baguette, cut it into toast like

1/4 cup Olive oil, I used about

Garlic powder to taste

preparation

1.  Make sure your grill is hot. Then turn off one side of it so you have indirect heat.

2.  Cut up your baguette into slice, just like bread.

3.  Put on a plate or board. This will get messy.

4.  Drizzle olive oil over the tops generously and let it sit for about 3-5 minutes to soak in.

5.  Sprinkle garlic powder over top.

6.  Place over indirect heat on your grill.

7.  Close the lid and let cook for about 5 to 8 minutes depending how hot your grill is.

8.  Remove and serve.

Cooks' note:
This bread could easily be enjoyed in so many ways. We put pesto/salsa on ours. So good.
