1/2 cup sour cream

chopped parsley

4 cups thinly sliced potatoes

salt, pepper

2 mediums onions, thinly sliced

1 green pepper, chopped

6 pork chops


2 tbsp oil

1.  Mix the soup with a quarter cup of water and moosh together with the sour cream and parsley.

2.  In a large shallow oven dish alternate layers of potatoes, sprinkled with salt and pepper with layers of onions, green pepper and the soup mixture.

3.  Bake uncovered in a 375 oven for 30 minutes.

4.  Dust the pork chops lightly with seasoned flour and brown on both sides in oil.

5.  Remove the potatoes from the oven and stir lightly.

6.  Plunk the pork chops on top of the spuds in a single layer, cover dish and return to oven for 75 minutes.
