4 cups hot, cubed cooked potatoes

1/2 c bottled garlic dressing

1 c cubed swiss cheese

1/4 lb salami

1/2 c chopped onion (1 medium)

1/2 c green pepper strips

2 tomatoes, cubed

crisp greens


2 tbsp chopped parsley

1.  Marinate hot potatoes in 1/4 cup bottled garlic dressing several hours.

2.  Combine swiss cheese, salami, onion, green pepper, and tomatoes. Add remaining garlic dressing. Chill 1 hour.

3.  At serving time, drain dressing from cheese-salami mixture. Add potatoes and mix well.

4.  Serve salad on crisp salad greens.

5.  Top with mayo or salad dressing and chopped parsley.
