1/4 cup vinegar

2 tbsp mustard

3 tbsp brown sugar

4 tbsp chili sauce

2.  Season the chops with salt and pepper, place in a baking dish and slop the sauce on top.

3.  Cover the dish and shove the chops into a 400 degree oven for 1 hour.

4.  Remove the covering, let bake for another 30 minutes.
