Pizza with Soft dan Crisp Base

Pizza base with mom of my kiddos. The favorite recipe of my kids, but their dad doesn't like. Because he love Italian Pizza. A house with two different taste.

200 gr strong flour.

200 gr all purpose flour.

1 pack of dried yeast.

1 tsp salt.

1 tbsp sugar.

1 whole egg, lightly beaten.

3/4 cup vegetable oil / olive oil.

Luke warm water as needed.

Topping :



Canned tuna.

Onion, thinly sliced.

1.  Mix flour, yeast, salt, sugar and egg. Stir until combine evenly.

2.  Pour oil and stir until combine evenly.

3.  Pour lukewarm water, knead until smooth and no sticky. Let stand for 2 hours for proofing and covered with clean damp warm cloth.

4.  Press the dough and knead until runs out the air in the dougn. Devide the dough into 3 pieces.

5.  Take one and milled with roller pin and give topping as you like.

6.  Bake with temperature 200°C until well done.
