Pineapple Tarts is cookies from Indonesia as marble is stuffied with pineapple jam. My cookies is crispy and crumbly in the mouth. Pineapple Tarts is cookies for the feast commonly. Because you will be easy to find in every house

100 grs butter + 100 grs margarine.

2 hard boiled egg yolks.

50 grs refine sugar.

350 grs all purpose flour.

1 tbsp maizena.

2 tbsp milk powder.

1/4 tsp vanilla.

Pineapple jam as needed.

1.  Whisk butter, boiled egg yolks, and refine sugar until soft and fluffy. Add flour, maizena, milk powder and vanilla. Whisk until blended.

2.  Take the dough and shape round like marble and fill with pineapple jam.

3.  Round and rub with egg yolk and sprinkle with grated cheese.

4.  Bake until cooked.
