Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

A cheaper and healthier way to enjoy granola bars that taste better than store bought ones!

1 cup of oats

2/3 cup of Crispy Rice cereal

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup fat of choice (Uh, peanut butter of course!)

1 1/2 cup of chips of choice (I used chocolate and peanut butter ones!)

1.  Preheat over to 350F.

2.  Spray a 9X9 (or bigger) baking dish and set aside.

3.  Mix all ingredients except the peanut butter and honey.

4.  Set the ingredients aside.

5.  Melt the peanut butter and honey.

6.  Add to the dry ingredients.

7.  Cook for 15-20 minutes.
