1.  Preheat the oven to 375 and line muffin tins with paper liners.

2.  In a large bowl, whisk together the flours, oats, flax, brown sugar, and baking powder. Set aside.

3.  In a separate bowl, stir together the mashed bananas and peanut butter until completely combined.

4.  Next, add the milk, eggs, oil, and vanilla to the banana mixture and whisk to combine.

5.  Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.

6.  Fill the prepared muffin tins ¾ full and bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and the tops are lightly browned.
