Pasta with Crunchy Baked Chicken, Sauce and Cheese

5 pieces of Chicken Fillets

2 eggs, beat

1 cup (142 g) of flour

2 cups (454 g) of Bread Crumbs

1 T (14 g) Italian Herb

Salt and pepper to taste

3 cups of pasta, I used Ditalini

2 T (28 g) Marinara Sauce *for each serving

Mozzarella Cheese

Parmigiano Cheese

1.  Preheat the oven on 400F (200C)

2.  Wash and cut the chicken into thin fillets, season with salt and pepper.

3.  Season eggs with italian herb.

4.  Dip Chicken into, egg, than flour, egg and last crumbs.

5.  Place in the baking pan with lined parchment paper.

6.  Continue dipping until all the chicken is done.

7.  Bake for 20-25 minute, until Chicken is golden, and crunchy looking. *Do not add oil!

8.  Let the pasta boil for 15 minutes into salted water, drain and put on the side.

9.  Once chicken is done take little individual dishes and put on the bottom 1/2 tsp. Marinara sauce.

10.  Pack pasta into heat safe dishes and add 1 Tbs. Marinara sauce.

11.  Cut Chicken Strips into thick chunks and lay on top in order. Marinara sauce will glue them to the pasta.

12.  Put 1/2 Tbs. of Marinara Sauce on top of the Chicken and Sprinkle with cheese on top.

13.  Place it back in turned off oven (it should still be warm enough from when you baked your chicken) and let the cheese melt and pull whole dish together.

Cooks' note:
Sesame seeds rolls I have to say they are from Pillsbury canned French Bread selection that you can find in the biscuit section in the store. I am totally in love with it.
When you open up the Bread, it will pop out like any biscuits would. Take it out on the counter top and cut into thick slices. Sprinkle with bit of sesame seeds and bake until golden brown at 375F for about 10-15 minutes. It is so tasty, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
