We usually cook this noodle on occasions like birthday, anniversary and other special occasions.

3 packs of pansit canton noodles

2 tablespoons garlic, minced

4 cups Chicken broth

1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded

1 cup of pork liver

2 cups of thinly meat

1 lbs shrimp shelled and deveined

1 onion , peeled and thinly sliced

1 carrot, peeled and julienned

2 cups cabbage, sliced into strips

1 cup celery, sliced

1 tbsp Dark soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

salt and pepper to taste

green onions, minced

1.  Sauté in oil the garlic and onions

2.  Add sliced meat until cooked

3.  Add the pork liver

4.  Add 2 cups of chicken broth and add the shredded chicken

5.  Add the shrimp and the rest of the vegetables

6.  Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce

7.  Simmer for about 10 minutes or until cooked.

8.  Add the remaining chicken broth and the pansit canton noodles.

9.  Let simmer until noodles are soft. Add some salt and pepper according to your taste.

10.  Then sprinkle it with green onion. Serve hot.
